Description:
In this course, students will conduct phenotypic analysis on the mutant animal models they generated in LIFS 3901. Working in teams, they will use various microscopy and mass spectrometry techniques to analyse their mutant C. elegans strains. The course focuses on hands-on experience with advanced imaging and analytical methods commonly utilized in biomedical laboratories. In addition, students will learn to differentiate the strengths and weaknesses of various analytical techniques for effective data interpretation. For BMH students only.
